In 2023, a comprehensive repackaging of over 30 SKUs led to a 12% increase in sales and over $2 million in additional revenue. Venus Wafers, while maintaining its dedication to being natural from the start, needed to modernize its family brands and strengthen its position in the co-packing and private labeling sectors. They sought to showcase their unique capabilities as one of the only companies offering end-to-end solutions, from product production to direct shipping, while continuing to stay true to their authentic identity.

Kara and her team undertook a complete repositioning and rebranding of over 30 SKUs, crafting a cohesive brand strategy that focused on storytelling through packaging and messaging. This refreshed design emphasized their longstanding commitment to natural ingredients, while also highlighting their expanded services in co-packing and private labeling. A new website boosted sales leads by 40-50%, and targeted email marketing campaigns resulted in a sixfold increase in open rates, creating a more engaged audience.

 

The rebranding led to a 12-15% surge in sales, driving over $2 million in additional revenue. Products were in high demand, frequently selling out, and customer feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
