Creativity and entrepreneurship is in her DNA. Raised in the hospitality space, she knows the in and out of the industry and thrives on guiding companies through the brand development and product launch process.
Kara is a visionary who can cut through the noise to build and grow brands with her trusted approach. She graduated from Purdue University and early on developed a keen interest in how the power of design and messaging could engage customers and drive sales.

Kara spent years as a creative director and art director at well-established agencies before shifting her focus to learn more about strategy and marketing. In 2008, she launched her first boutique creative firm, and as she established two more advertising agencies, her clients loyally followed, a testament to her enduring relationships and effective strategies.
Made Outside’s varied client list showcases her agility in addressing the unique needs of businesses, ranging from emerging brands to Fortune 100 companies. The firm caters to both national and international clients, adjusting to the scale and branding objectives of each.
